The stay in this hotel was so amazing. Everything was on point and the room was super cozy and clean. We wanted to choose a hotel in which we could feel the historical part of Berat and also to have all the facilities close. It turned out to be the perfect choice. Breakfast was so delicious, everything so fresh and tasty. Thank you Lela for everything and Osumi Hotel definitely will be my choice next time I will come Berat ☺️

My boyfriend and I stayed one night at Oda e Gurit and really enjoyed it. The hotel is new, but built in a traditional style, and it's right in the heart of Berat’s old town, just a short walk from the main sights and the Old Bridge. The room was clean, cozy, and had a nice local touch. The host was welcoming and gave us great tips for where to eat and what to see. Breakfast was simple but fresh.

Qëndrimi ynë në *Alpha Rooms* ishte i shkëlqyer! Dhoma ishte e madhe dhe shumë komode, me një dyshek të jashtëzakonshëm që e bëri çdo natë të rehatshme. Banja ishte shumë e pastër dhe e bollshme, me një hapësirë dushi të madhe që ofronte komoditet maksimal. Pastertia ishte 10/10, me çarçafë të bardhë dhe të pastruar perfekt. Lokacioni ishte fantastik, në qendër të qytetit dhe parkimi ishte vetëm 1 minutë larg në këmbë. E rekomandoj shumë për ata që kërkojnë një qëndrim të rehatshëm dhe të përshtatshëm!

The view, the easy parking, the closest to the center and castle. The most important was the super view from the restaurant (really good food and price) and of course from the breakfast. One night at the best location of the city no doubt!

I really enjoyed my time at Maya hostel, you are greeted with a warm welcome and it’s easy to make friends as there are so many social events going on that you can participate in. One of my favourite activities was the quiz night hosted by one of the volunteers, Nick. I can also recommend the rafting tour run my Miri, the owner of the hostel. Fresh and local breakfast is served daily, which can be enjoyed in the cosy common area or outside in the garden, while taking in the beautiful view of the characteristic houses of Berat with the castle in the background. Ebony and Courtney both really kindly helped me with directions for getting to the bus terminal and were knowledgeable about the bus journeys available to get to other places in albania. The volunteers and all the staff do an excellent job of showing you a good time, answering any questions and hosting events. Big thanks to everyone, especially Courtney, Ebony, Nick and of course Miri. I will be back (hopefully sooner rather than later).
