It was comfortable, clean, and in the perfect location. The staff was very friendly and helped us book tours, busses, and bicycles. She booked us a bus to Phong Nha and it turned out to be a really nice vip sleeper bus and was a great price (way cheaper than 12GO!). She even drove us to the bus station on her bike and waited with us until our bus arrived. The wifi was excellent. Breakfast comes with lots of fruit and the cinnamon pancakes were delicious!

We had an amazing stay. I would definitely recommend. Lovely room with a lovely family. No question was too much. The rooms are clean and spacious. You can use a bike for a small price. We visited Poseido Hotel during what was clearly a busy summer travel season for Vietnamese people, and while crowded, the hotel managed the influx of guests admirably. Coming from Saigon, we've seen our share of packed destinations, but Poseido stood out by ensuring all our needs were met. Staff was very friendly and went out their way to help us, our room was both spacious and felt brand new, and the infinity pool provided a truly breathtaking view. The breakfast buffet offered good value. A definite highlight was the Akasha Chinese Restaurant – the prices were surprisingly reasonable, and it's a must-try!

Breakfast was OK, average quality and quantity. The room was really spacious and clean, and the bed was comfy. We rented a motorbike with them and it was very good mean of transport to visit the national park and caves. Their view from the rooftop was amazing.

We booked a bungalow overlooking the lake. The rooms were spacious and clean with all the necessities. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us book a car and guide to view the caves. There is a restaurant and bar with good prices on site.
