Everything. The family are so lovely and can’t do enough for you. They really made our time an exceptional one. So thank you all! The rooms were big and very clean. Great bathroom. Good air con. Lovely pool and garden area. We were able to hire peds directly from the home stay which was fab. They also did laundry which was a great help and they also booked us our onwards transfer. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Amazing!!

Wonderful stay. Staff were incredible. We arrived late to a great welcome by Ben and Long. They organized a great day on bikes with local guides to two caves down back roads and across rivers. Brilliant. Made up for time lost. Long organized onward travel. Food fab, Gary love the Shepards pie. Couldn’t say enough about this place. Just stay here!! We’d love to come back for longer.

The room was awesome with a huge and comfortable bed from which you could look at the nice city view 🌆. Breakfast was extremely good and had the biggest varaity I've ever seen. You will definitely find something you like there. Even 4 chefs ready to cook fresh dishes for you. Nice and helpful staff overall. 10/10 🤩

Amazing all round! Great price, amazing location, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Dan who is such a kind and caring man. I could t recommend this hotel highly enough if you are staying in phong Nha. Bike rental, in the middle of all the coffee shops and restaurants. 10/1

Amazing location right on the lake. Loved sitting on our balcony and just relaxing. Staff were really helpful with transfers and information. Breakfast and dinner at the onsite restaurant were all delicious and reasonably priced, especially considering the remoteness of the location. Special shoutout to Snowy the dog for walking us back to our room at night and always being ready for pats.

Great sized room, with excellent pool and ocean views just steps away from the large pool. Pool was clean and had infinitely views over the ocean. Poolside/ beach bar served very good value drinks from extremely friendly staff. Good WiFi even by pool. A very relaxing stay, highly recommended

We were there during Tet, and had the place to ourselves until the last day, when many Vietnamese families arrived to celebrate Tet together. The staff were amazing, ensuring we had everything we needed, and one staff member even gave us a special Bánh Tét (glutinous rice cake with pork belly and mung beans filling, cooked in banana leaf for 24 hours) that his wife had made. The food was lovely, and during our 4-day stay, we were able to sample many of the dishes available. We were in one of the farm cabins, which was roomy, with the most comfortable bed. I had the best nights’ sleeps I had experienced for a long time. The most wonderful thing was the smiles we received every time we came in contact with any of the staff. With many hugs as we checked out, we really did feel as though we arrived as guests and left as family.
