Gave us a room that would be the most comfortable for us, he helped and provided us with everything that we needed. Clean and quiet. Scooter rental readily available. Organised a bus to Hanoi. Nice place!

The entire staff is so friendly and will do everything to make your stay as best as can be! My room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. I was one of my favorite places in Vietnam!

It was my birthday when I arrived, and it felt like everybody in the hotel had been briefed on this fact! :) I received congratulations the moment I left the taxi, at reception, and later in the restaurant, and even got a little birthday cake brought to my room as a surprise. You don’t really expect such kindness and personalized service in international hotel chains usually! Rooms are also very spacious, clean and comfortable, breakfast is great, hotel has great views over the river and the ocean.
