She booked us a bus to Phong Nha and it turned out to be a really nice vip sleeper bus and was a great price (way cheaper than 12GO!). She even drove us to the bus station on her bike and waited with us until our bus arrived. The wifi was excellent. Breakfast comes with lots of fruit and the cinnamon pancakes were delicious!
