Gorgeous building in a great location. It is in the same building as a train station to a Fansipan cable car. Excellent breakfasts. The build quality is very good with a lot of intricate details and decorations. Rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. The staff are brilliant. I feel they are genuinely relaxed, professional and willing to help.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff on reception were so helpful from the moment we arrived, particularly Lala who was brilliant and helped us book everything we needed. The spa treatment was wonderful and well worth it - we returned twice. The staff there were great. We really enjoyed our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer.

We really enjoyed the stay at Bamboo. The Rooms were very clean and warm (we came in December). The stuff was very helpful and we always had a hand to help. The Equipment of the hotel is decent. The Spa is really good and please go for the massages. They truly know what they do. The relations officer Julie did her best to make you feel comfortable and she definitely did a amazing job.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Before our arrival, they were very transparent and let us know that there had been an issue with the air conditioning in the room we had originally booked. When we arrived, they immediately offered us another room with the same features and gave us a very fair discount to make up for the situation. Cuong was absolutely amazing. He let us leave our luggage after checkout and even allowed us to stay in the common area for several hours while we waited for our bus. He served us tea during that time, completely free of charge. His kindness and attention really stood out. Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Honestly, they’re not just five-star staff, they’re ten-star staff.
