Since our train arrived early, they allowed us to freshen up and shower at the pool common area with clean towels provided. Breakfast spread was exceptional! Though initially stated on booking.com that they provide halal food - however there was none available. However the vegetable options are food and the chef made us pho vegetable out of his curteosy ☺️ Lastly they gave us a goodbye pack with pastry and fruits for our train journey back to Hanoi. Generally was a pleasant stay! Will definitely come back again

Julie and Lily were always ready to help, whether it be coordinating a bus ride or having my luggage delivered. I give them a 20/10. The bus boys were also exceptional. The property has a great location, is very clean, and well appointed. The view from my room is truly inspiring. The breakfast is very good. This hotel is now on my Favorites list.
