The amenities and services of this lovely wooden house are great, but what we remember the most is their tour. They are very enthusiastic and particularly good at foreign languages. They took us to some famous spots in Sapa that we had never visited before, even though we had been to Sapa in the past.

Nice place, very cosy. Friendly and helpfull staff. Unfortunatelly there was cold and foggy weather all our stay so we were very happy to use pool which is inside.

Gorgeous building in a great location. It is in the same building as a train station to a Fansipan cable car. Excellent breakfasts. The build quality is very good with a lot of intricate details and decorations. Rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. The staff are brilliant. I feel they are genuinely relaxed, professional and willing to help.

Location was great, close to center and room with mountain views were excellent. Helpfulness and attentive nature of staff was also exceptional. Also, Julie our receptionist on arrival was simply outstanding and went above and beyond in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. For example, we didn't have to worry at about our travel plans back to Hanoi, Julie sorted it all out with no hassle whatsoever. This meant we could enjoy our short time in Sapa to the max ( we were on very tight schedule!). Thank you to her and the rest of the team so much. We will no doubt stay here next time we visit.

I recently stayed at Glow Sapa Hotel and was truly impressed. Although the hotel is newly opened, everything feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are modern and well-equipped, with stunning mountain views — especially magical in the morning mist. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The hotel also offers relaxing foot massages and traditional herbal baths — perfect after a day of trekking. The location is ideal: close to the town center but still quiet enough for a peaceful night’s rest. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I visit Sapa!
