She did her very best to accommodate me as I traveled from the Middle East and arrived early. We met Ann at breakfast and she was very helpful with explaining about the breakfast and check-out process.

The room was clean and comfortable and the manager Lyn is super helpful who accommodated early checkin and helped me book a very nice Halong bay cruise. The facilities were beautiful and clean and looked exactly like on the pictures - unlike some other places we have visited. The hotel is in a quiet street just a minutes’ walk from the all the rush.
