We enjoyed so much the sauna (both dry and wet sessions), after 20 minute massage session, which was a gift (included in room charge). They made us feel very welcome and gave us a good insight into real Vietnamese life - not the tourist version. The house is amazing. Sitting on the deck watching the river was very relaxing. It was a great contrast from Ho Chi Minh City, our previous destination. Bosa was our guide for a day doing floating markets, markets and city. It was great to be with a local host as it didn’t feel touristy. Phoenix’s home cooked meals were amazing - the best food in Vietnam. Definitely a highlight.

The architecture definitely takes you to another time. The location is nice since you can walk the boardwalk and see lights. The hotel is very clean with amazing staff! Everyone at the hotel was so sweet and friendly. Shout out to chi Huong, anh Tuan, em Duy & a couple more that I forgot their names. The buffet was delicious & had so many options. Western & vietnamese food, I’m still dreaming about! I met a sweet chef there at the egg station, she was so sweet as well. All in all, I definitely would come back for the hospitality.

Resort is clean, peaceful and relaxing. Thank you to all staff who were so helpful with organising the tours, transport to Phu Quoc island and accomodating our special needs (super early breakfast)… I hope we will have a chance to come back in the future.
