We stayed three nights in January. The Peabody certainly lives up to its billing as ‘the Grand Hotel of the South’ with a luxurious lobby and regal hotel rooms. The service is extraordinary. Honestly, the staff are always smiling and can’t do enough. Each evening they actually knock at your door offering you chocolates, extra toiletries and extra bottled water (all with a duck motif, of course). The duck parade at 11am and 5pm is a must. Don’t wait until the last minute if you want a prime viewing spot though as it crowds up fast. Our room was spacious and the bed was VERY comfy. We especially appreciated the built-in individual reading lights. The hotel offers free coffee and tea downstairs each morning. The location is great, 2 blocks from Beale and across the street from the ballpark. I can’t imagine going to Memphis and staying anywhere else

The lazy river and the views so lovely. The Spa was the highlight of the trip for me. I took my doggy and it was convenient to walk him and safe.

Beautiful decor and feel to the hotel. Everything we needed in the rooms - very clean and fresh. Daily fresh fruit provided to all guests. Very nice rooftop bar with great views of the city.

The bedroom was large and exceedingly comfortable. I here were plenty of electric sockets and charging points for all the IT stuff . The bathroom too was large and plenty of large and small towels were provided . The hotel oozes style and class and it was a hotel that worked really wrlk
