Each and every staff member was exceptional. We arrived late, before checking us in staff directed us to the restaurant for a late night meal at close to midnight. The food was outstanding everyday and they understand that sometimes children might miss a meal so there was alway food and drink pretty much all day and all of it superb. Pools and surrounding areas were kept clean and drinks and ice creams topped up promptly. Lobby and reception staff were always incredibly attentive, hugely service minded, I cannot fault them and will certainly plan to return.

You can play table tennis, darts and tennis at Akra Sorgun Tui Blue Sensatori - Ultra All Inclusive, and bike hire and car hire are available. Superb food throughout. Great quality of drinks including the wine included. Tui active activities were well run and well worth doing. Staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and always available as needed. Overall just a superbly relaxing holiday with lots to do.

The hotel offers a terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. What was amazing: - food, large selection (still have pig meet); - sweets were really good (usually in Turkey beautiful sweets, but don’t delicious); - every time free sun-beds near the pool; - staff, working quickly and they all know English (only with 1 waiter we had accident, a manager of hotel fixed problem and help, after that accident I didn’t see this waiter); - hotel likes cats (I founded one cat, whom I carried food all the time); - cocktails good (if compare with standart 5 stars hotel in Turkey). There are no young people, only pre-retirement and retirement age. NO NOISE FROM CHILDREN, every time quite ! It is incredibly nice.

The property has everything you need to have a beautiful stay, the pools (private pool you have just a few steps from your bed is especially amazing), spacious green areas with wonderful trees and flowers, very nice sand beach and amazing spa you should definitely pay a visit. Service was great, there is no thing that you could possibly need that you can’t get. Food was delicious in every restaurant, great choice of cheese, salads, sweets, you name it. Every recommendation for this hotel, you won’t make s mistake by choosing it, for sure!

Offering a garden and seasonal outdoor pool, Barut B Suites is located in Side, 6 km from Side Antique City. The sandy, private beach area is located 250 metres away, with a snack bar. Barut B Suites also includes a spa centre, fitness centre, and hammam. Free private parking is available on site. We were absolutely amazed by the hotel, the services, the food and the people. The room was exactly what we needed with a small baby, spacious enough with all needed equipment, with comfortable bed and very clean. The food was very good, choice of drinks in all inclusive very wide. The all inclusive program overall is very good. But what most makes this hotel memorable is the staff, from the cleaning ladies to chefs, waiters and other people, to name a few like Suheda and Seda from bar or Birsen from the restaurant, all very professional, polite and always with a smile. I had always felt really welcomed there. We are definitely coming back and we are already looking for it.

Food was excellent, plenty of choices with both fresh fruit and cooked options. The hot pre cooked food was sometimes Luke warm - so perhaps this needs attention. All four A'la Carte restaurants were very good, we especially enjoyed the Eastern and Western cuisines. All A'la Carte restaurants are charged at 5 Euro's per person, well worth trying. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly especially the service staff at beach level restaurant. This really is a great hotel to visit, the amenities are excellent with a beautiful beach a stones throw away. We had room 1302 - fantastic sea view and everything needed to make us very comfortable.

Guests can make use of the modern fitness facilities or enjoy a sauna or massage. Water sports are available on the beach, and there is a separate children’s pool and an animation team. Adults-only beaches are also available. Everything was perfect, would be happy with better sea options for swimming.
