Each and every staff member was exceptional. We arrived late, before checking us in staff directed us to the restaurant for a late night meal at close to midnight. The food was outstanding everyday and they understand that sometimes children might miss a meal so there was alway food and drink pretty much all day and all of it superb. Pools and surrounding areas were kept clean and drinks and ice creams topped up promptly. Lobby and reception staff were always incredibly attentive, hugely service minded, I cannot fault them and will certainly plan to return.

This is the best hotel in Turkey where I have ever stayed. The beach is great and there is a pine forest behind the hotel. The territory is large, very beautiful and well planned. There are areas for adults and separate areas for families with children. Smoking is allowed in the areas for adults, but not many people smoke there. The rooms are clean and all the equipment works perfectly. The food is amazing, and there is also food for people with special diets. The alcohol is good quality. The red wine is local but very good. There is Martell and Hennessy cognac in the bars. A taxi to Side costs about 12 euros, to Antalya airport about 30 euros.

Actually is 4 star hotel but I can give 5 star everything was perfect I didn’t find any minus thanks a lot for all staff . I trawel a lot I was staying in five stars 4 stars 2 stars hotels . But this hotel was unbelievable food ,drinks ,programs thanks a lot for everyone 🙏🙏🙏

The hotel has a really nice atmosphere, the interior design has a Scandinavian flavor which I loved. Beside the nice interior, the pool areas are also elegant and stylish. The exceptional garden area also worth mentioning which I think is unique in the area. Little 'green islands' to chill on the way to the beach, which is also very nice. The coast is sandy but in the sea there are rocks to watch out. There was a good selection of good quality food for every meal, although we often skipped the lunch and had some snacks instead. The staff is very friendly, I enjoyed the sport activities and the games. Thank you! :)

Barut B Suites also includes a spa centre, fitness centre, and hammam. Free private parking is available on site. Our kids (3 years old and 6 years old) loved the activities - they could stay in the kids club 10am -12pm and 2pm to 5pm every day and had a nice disco after dinner. We also enjoyed the dry sauna and hammam, a variety of pools, ice cream, arcade games, green territory, and the turtle bridge. We came as two groups of people - my family and my parents. The receptionist offered us rooms next to each other, which was great.

We really enjoyed the stay with my family. The hotel is nice and has all major amenities one can think of, food was great and diverse, service was good. A lot of people are complaining about the staff not speaking English and while indeed they are more comfortable with German, we didn't experience any issues with speaking only English. It is a great value for money.

Everything was exceptionally well-organised, which fostered a genuine sense of relaxation and enjoyment throughout my vacation. The staff were undoubtedly the highlight; they were friendly, approachable, and displayed a high degree of professionalism. They truly excelled at making guests feel valued and well-cared for.
