Everything was perfect. We would like to highlight the staff. Sabrina and everyone were so nice and helpful to us all the time.

Very clean and the front desk staff is soo friendly and could deal with my craziness haha. Location is perfect and breakfast is good

Aqua park offers a complimentary access to adrenaline-pumping rides and relaxed explorations including 55 water slides. My second stay, great food at the hotel restaurant, 10 for the chefs, and also hard working staff who are giving the best service. Entertainment team great professionals, excellent shows, part of the park is closed but still a lot of activities to do. Very clean everywhere.

Guests can relax at the Tuva Eurasian Spa & Thalasso Center, which has spa facilities, saunas and a beauty centre. For the active ones, there are also tennis and squash courts, gym, mini golf and a water sports centre. I am not a big fan of all inclusive but this resort has definitely exceeded my expectations. Food was superb in all restaurants visited, hotel grounds are huge and perfectly maintained. Activities, shows, animations and spa were top notch. A special mention to the kids club which in my opinion deserves a special mention. Kids got attached to the animators particularly Maria who also joined them for horse riding activity, all other staff were lovely with them, premises are highly maintained. I think it's one of the best kids club ever visited. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious and i also had a good view. There's always something going on at the resort. Overall this hotel deserves full marks.

An underpass allows easy access to the beach, which is connected to public beach area. A team of professionals runs the kids club in a dedicated area and the hotel’s grounds also provide tennis courts, a sauna and a traditional Turkish bath. Great views from the room, close to the sea. The massage set up a good start of the trip, where (for the first time ever) I felt asleep from comfort. Dishes and deserts in the buffet had enough new dishes every day for it not even once feels repetitive. Yet they were delicious. But the best part was the hospitality. Interactions with Berat and Yulia in the reception, Karina at the info desk, Aziz at the beach and Deniz(who organized events) were especially pleasant and helpful. However, other staff were great too.

Featuring views of stupendous Bey Mountains, the Mediterranean Sea and the city, Asmani Restaurant is located on the 10th floor of the hotel. The wellness centre includes sauna, Turkish bath and a range of massages. , The hotel is excellent. The variety of food was smazing.
