All did their best to ensure everything was top notch and gave much needed information about whereabouts even on food. The beautiful upgrade was a very nice gesture . Close to a lot of shops &cafes, but still quite with nice views on the lake and mountains. Tunisia mall is near. Easy to reach old Medina, sidibousaid, & Carthage . Comfortable bathrooms. Very beautiful and new (in contrast to other hotels we saw sight seeing). The room is excellent, w/ a big bedroom and living room, with a spacious bathroom and separate toilet. Fruits and nuts were awaiting for us upon arrival. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner is great, and local food is amazing. We loved it. A fine restaurant (maybe the best in Tunis) is just across the street. The hotel is located at 5/10 minute walking from several places to visit within the Medina, including several mosques and surks.
