We were genuinely astonished by our experience at Nataly. The cleanliness is commendable, and the rooms are adequately spacious. Although the spa is not large, has everything you need. I had a relaxing massage and really enjoyed my me time. The food was delicious and you will have a lot of choices for everyone's needs.

Hotel is located on a great place next to river. Hotel exceeded my expectations. Spa and wellness can fulfill expectations to relax, reset and enjoy. Breakfast has a various choices of food. The room with the terrace is beautiful, the size and cleanliness are at a high level. All praise to the friendly staff from reception to H&B and housekeeping for their effort and kindness. I will come back for sure!

The room with sauna and jacuzzi was awesome, although it was quiet a challenge to book it :)
The service and the staff were excellent. The location is also perfect and worth exploring (it's a pity we didn't do it)
The cold sauna in SPA was very interesting also. And we liked the welcoming mix of sweets, dry fruits and nuts very much :)
But you need to add the option to have a dinner on booking. Why are there only breakfast options?

The breakfast and dinner were both very good!
We enjoyed our time there, the spa and the pool outside are wonderful. It is located right beside the park, the view is relaxing. 😇
I also recommend the massage there, it’s definitely worthy! I recommend the place highly!

Good standard, still a little bit overpriced as for hotel prices in Serbia. Especially when they have 3 outdoor swimming pools closed...
Whole spa area is great afford of the hotel - indoor pool is really big (although water is bit to warm for swimming), 5 or six finish sauna room, turkish bath, frozen room etc.
Great and tasty food at breakfast - really big variety.

A la cart restaurant is excellent. The lobby bar has very good coffee and perfect fresh orange juice. The variety of saunas is a great way to get introduced to different ways they affect your body and to choose the ones that you will enjoy more then others. The pool is nice and everything is very very clean and well maintained. The massage was perfect, the guys really know what they are doing and we left completely rejuvenated. Absolutely worth the money, just be aware that it's recommended to book a few days before the check in date.

Second time in this hotel and it is still a great place to stay, when in Sokobanja. Room was clean and spacious with everything you need. This time we did not have a balcony, but we spent most of the time outdoors anyway, so it was not necessary. Breakfast is really great, a lot of different choices, and the lobby bar is spacious and nice to have some drinks. We loved the spa, so many options and massage was amazing, though it was very very crowded due to the holidays. The staff is so nice, as always.
