The staff from the front desk to the waiters and chefs to security to the bell hops to the housekeepers were always friendly and helpful. The spa was also wonderful. The Conrad Hotel is the only place I'd want to stay while in Manila.

We will definitely make this as our 'go to' place when in Manila. p.s. The 'Welcome' desserts was a very nice touch! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
