They are very warm and friendly and always there to help. Especially with Margo who helped us in our dining. The food was great and delicious and prepped very aesthetically. We were able to meet the owners and the chef and they were very gracious and heart warming.

Every aspect of it was beautiful, from the green lawns to the hotel rooms and the public facilities, like the spa and the restaurant. Every building was designed with intention. The food was also delicious; we tried both international and Filipino dishes and several of the desserts and cocktails. Servings are generous. Myself, my partner, and my parents all got the full spa treatment and it was worth the cost—they have incredible masseuses. With only 12 rooms on the property, even though it was fully booked it often felt like we were the only people there. It gave us an incredible feeling of privacy. Mhai from Rodolfo's restaurant was both a lovely host and server who spoke to us about the property and ensured we had a wonderful stay. Everyone was very kind.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The accommodation was cozy, very comfortable, and perfectly suited to us. It even had two smart TVs in the room, a selection of board games, and showers with both hot and cold options, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The lagoon view was beautiful, and all the amenities we needed were complete. On top of that, the owners were extremely kind and accommodating, which made us feel so welcome. Overall, it was such a memorable experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back again!

Staff was SUPER friendly. This place has exceptional customer service and the room we had was spacious and clean! When there was power outage between 6am-7am, they offered us a free 1 hour boat ride.. All in all great experience! There are lot of water activities they offer like kayaking, boat ride, and so on. Great for families! The only thing maybe is that the beach is a bit rocky, but it didn't really bother us as the place is clean and tidy. :)

Pico Sands Hotelは美しい人工ラグーンの前に位置し、屋外プール、フィットネスセンター、豪華なスパ、広々としたモダンなお部屋（周辺エリアの山々または湖を見渡すバルコニー付）、館内全域での無料Wi-Fi回線を提供しています。... The breakfast buffet was amazing - it usually filled us up for most of the day. The shuttle bus to take us to the beach area was really convenient. All of the amenities were really nice - the swimming pool, billiards/bowling/darts, the two restaurants and the basketball/tennis/badminton.
