Bellboy Noman and is good guy and kind he helped me all the time. I went there to stay 4 nights for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. All the staffs were helped us to organised. Hotel is clean kind staffs and delicious breakfast. Thank you all.

Vegetarian and halal options can also be requested. Very professionall, polite staff. The gentleman from India allowed me to check in at 6:30 am, as my night bus arrived at that time. Good choice at the breakfast buffet, pleasant restaurant. Calm pool area at the rooftop. The possibility to switch off the air conditioning in the room.

Buffet and continental breakfast options are available at the resort. It’s very nice hotel and staff is very good Room is clean. I took executive suite and it had really good inbuilt kitchen. Only my suggestion to hotel improve breakfast I took 4 nights with breakfast but breakfast was not up to the mark Better go outside and have breakfast or if you have kitchen in the room you can cook yourself.

At Alila Hinu bay each room is fitted with a wardrobe and a private bathroom. The design and location were stunning, and every detail seemed perfectly planned. The apartments felt very private, and having wildlife like camels, flamingos and cows around the hotel made the whole experience truly special. I hadn't mentioned in advance that I have a milk allergy, yet the staff went above and beyond to take care of me. They prepared separate dishes for me at the buffet dinner, and the chef even came out to make sure my food was completely dairy free. The spa was fantastic, and it was a real joy to use. We like to work out even when we travel, and both the gym and the spa (steam room, saund and plunge pool) were much better than we expected.
