Overlooking panoramic views of Pokhara’s Mountains from the roof and few rooms, the hotel is located just a 10-minute drive from Pokhara Airport and a 10-minute drive to Pokhara Tourist Bus Station. We were only there for 1 night but was impressed with the facilities (pool, good gym, cozy garden oasis and a spa). The breakfast area looked modern with lots of choice, unfortunately we didn't eat breakfast as we had to catch a bus which they helped us organise along with a taxi at a very reasonable price. Staff were all super helpful and always friendly, especially our porter who showed us the room. The location is perfect and only a 5 minute walk down to lakeside for a lovely sunset. I would definitely stay here again.

This was honestly one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Perfect location in the heart of Thamel with everything within walking distance. The room and the whole hotel are beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and offer everything guests might need. Nepali people are usually very welcoming, but I'd like to highlight how the staff here made us feel at home. I wanted to name, but then Id have to name absolutely everyone we interacted with.

Conveniently set in the Thamel district, this hotel provides a terrace, as well as a sauna and a hot tub. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, an ATM and currency exchange for guests. Facilities, the rooms were perfect. The staff were super helpful.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great- wide selection and omelettes/waffles made fresh to order. Coffee really good too. Room was really comfortable, with air conditioning and a good shower. Free transfer from the airport included as well which was great- the hotel has their own driver, he was very helpful and was there to greet me on arrival. Didn't have dinner or use the pool/spa facilities so can't speak to that.

Vegetarian, dairy-free and halal options can also be requested. Absolutely divine hotel amongst the dust and chaos of Kathmandu. We have stayed here twice and wouldn't consider anywhere else. Always clean, professional, safe, comfortable, and filling (breakfast buffet). We stayed here as a family and really appreciated Sachin's warm character at breakfast. He is the epitome of customer service and charm. They will store luggage for you while you trek, too! Heater in the room works a charm, beds are fluffy and clean, elevator if you're on a higher floor, beautiful rooftop terrace for meals, very clean rooms, and very hot water. Perfect!

Such a great stay at the Aikawa, from the moment we arrived at the bus park we were met by lovely hotel staff offering us a free transfer to the hotel, to the moment they dropped us off again they could not do enough for us to ensure we had a pleasant staff. Food was also excellent and the safari with Raj, all organized and booked through the hotel left us with memories to cherish for a lifetime. Highly recommend

Vegetarian, halal and gluten-free options can also be requested. The staff & owner here are soo lovely! We stayed here twice & they gave us an amazing room by the rooftop that overlooks the lake. The room was clean & comfortable with good AC. We were even allowed to store a bag here while we went trekking. A great location right by the lake & Main Street.
