My wife and I spent four unforgettable nights at Parkroyal Langkawi as part of our honeymoon, and it was easily the best hotel experience we've ever had. We booked the Private Pool Ocean View Room, which was absolutely exceptional. They left us a complimentary cake with a very nice message and a flower for our honeymoon as well as room decorations, we loved the small gesture. The view from our private pool opened directly onto the ocean, allowing us to enjoy stunning sunsets every evening in complete privacy—an experience we’ll never forget. The room aside, the entire hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything was spotless, and it’s clear the hotel takes great pride in maintaining its facilities. While we didn’t use the main infinity pool, it looked amazing and also offers a beautiful ocean view. The location is perfect—just a 5 to 10-minute walk to the Pantai Cenang beach. Plus, there are several supermarkets right across the street that stay open until 1 AM, which was super convenient. All in all, Parkroyal Langkawi delivered a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and service. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

And I must say it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we step there till the very last second we had a wonderful time. Every staffs we encounter were very professional and on top of their game. Services were splendid. Food was perfection, every meal we had was exceptional. Buggy service was very quick too, not once had to wait more than couple of minutes. The ambience was gorgeous. Room service was another amazing experience, coming back to our room and seeing all the little details that our housekeeping team had done to make our stay comfortable was such a special experience. Leaving a hotel was a bitter sweet feeling since we had such memorable stay.

Located on a steep hill within the rainforest, rooms are only accessible via long staircases. 私達の部屋担当のNIZALさんとNAIMさん含め、スタッフの方々はみなさん、とても親切でとても楽しい滞在でした。 森の中のホテルは、なかなか味わえない雰囲気の部屋でとても快適でした。 お猿さん達とも会えて良かったです！ 朝食はビーガンとハラルの両方をいただきましたが、森の中の朝食は想像以上に素晴らしかったです。 日本人スタッフのあかねさんもご挨拶していただいて、ランカウイに来て良かったと思いました。 今度行く時は、部屋にプールがついている方のホテルで泊まりたいなと思いました。
