Room was very comfortable, well decorated and had a balcony with chairs, a table and a hammock, overlooking the jungle vegetation that surrounds the hotel.

This hotel is an absolute gem, one of the nicest places I've stayed at in a long time. Had the split level "Shakti Cabin." Made me think of a Swiss ski chalet, with some Indian thematic touches here and there. Big table, sofa, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with a strong shower. Lovely staff, decent breakfast (fruit, eggs, toast, coffee/ tea). Two blocks away from the central plaza, lots of great coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

Just a 5-minute walk from San Cristobal Church and Central Park, this design hotel offers a gym, business centre and stylish restaurant. Rooms feature a flat-screen TV, iPod dock and free Wi-Fi. This is a beautiful little hotel with friendly staff. The facilities were really clean and the location was great for exploring San Cristobal a little.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant, Holiday Inn Tuxtla Gutiérrez is located next to Caña Hueca Park. It offers free parking, free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour business centre. There is a small area for children to play at. We found it very nice because after a long journey our child was able to stretch, run and play at the playground. Thank you for that little space for children.

Set in tropical gardens, Hotel Boutique Quinta Chanabnal is 5 km from Palenque Archaeological Site. Resembling a Mayan palace, it offers outdoor pools with waterfalls, free Wi-Fi and spa. Everything was perfect. The most beautifully unique place we ever stayed.

"A traditional Temascal sauna and rooms with free Wi-Fi, a free minibar and coffee maker are offered at this colonial-style house. San Cristobal’s central Zócalo Square is just 150 metres away. Very, very spacious Room, beautiful central atrium to relax, friendly staff. The cleaning staff went above and beyond every day and left our room absolutely sparkling. The hotel is an older building, and its furniture and features are not new, but we felt that this added to its charm.

Set in tropical gardens in Palenque, this hotel has 2 outdoor pools and a Mayan-style spa. Located in a collection of charming thatched buildings, rooms feature satellite TV and a private bathroom. Me and my wife had an amazing relaxing time. Nice ambiant, great atmosphere and quiet environment. Mostly we only had breakfast in the hotel and it was great, delicious and enough for a bufet breakfast. The staff was helpfull in everything we needed or asked for. Will come back again and highly recommend this hotel.
