Pomme Cannelle is in perfect location very close to Orient Bay, very helpful hosts who helped with making reservations and giving advice and suggestions on things to do. The room was really nice, very clean and spacious. I also reccomened breakfast we opted for breakfast on our last day and it was delicious. Wish we stayed for longer. Thank you Pauline and Jeremy :)

Hot tub was a great shout. Made the most of that in the evenings! Shame about the shower flooding. The tray definitely needs a lip to contain the water. 1min showers were annoying. aside from that, and also at times having no water, our stay was lovely.

Excellent location, especially if you love to watch planes landing and taking off, it’s quite extraordinary but my wife loved it,
Reception were great, especially Donette, who helped us as our luggage had been left in Paris by Air France.
We had a double room, very spacious, nice balcony with views across the bay, good cooking facilities and great air conditioning ( which was needed)also very clean
Great pool with access to a private beech and the Tortue restaurant which serves great food with stunning views
We were a little disappointed with the local choice of foods, which were quite expensive, 5 usd for a portion of chips
And was very Americanised which was a shame.
A nice place for a weeks relaxing stay

Breakfast was good.
The service at La Fontana was EXCELLENT!! That was the only good service at the entire resort.
There is definitely room for improvement in the overall customer service.
After check-out we were allowed to remain and use the facilities until it was time to go to the airport.

Terrible. I paid over €400 for our stay and they put me in a room that over looked the parking. There were no European plugs available (St Maarten is FRENCH and DUTCH), the restaurant forgot my breakfast (had to keep asking, took over an 1:30), then my late check out was canceled and they offered me no alternative for showering before a LONG haul flight back to South Africa.
