The view of the Mt Fuji in the morning, the amusement park just a minute walk away, the baths next to the hotel, and the quality of the room. The buffet breakfast room in the morning as well with the views it gives, although it can get a bit crowded and noisy. I'd recommend to stay at least a few nights, depending on the weather, if you want to have the best views you can get. Restaurants within the hotel are also top notch.

The host was wall organized, helpful and joyful, always eager to help in any way needed. While the place is far from the station (the only negative, really), it is well equiped with many shared space and amenities (microwave, fridge etc). It also offers a private spa and onsen that is available to all guests. The breakfast was very nice, with fresh materials and a homemade style. Finally, the highlight was the bar hour at night where the host would serve drinks and play/sing various Japanese songs. We would definitely recommend this place and would definitely come back if we visit Japan again. Thanks Yosu!

The wellness area at Dormy Inn Kofu Marunouchi is comprised of a hot spring bath and a sauna. Room is larger than I expected. Ice machine is great. Ice cream while waiting for washing machine is also great. Free use for washing machine and pay only drying machine. The hotel is near Kofu station. I could say that this is one of the best hotel I used to stay.

I traveled with wheelchair family. All the hotel staffs were very kind and courteous. Lift bath was a great addition.
