The property had many useful facilities like Family Mart and luggage service. The laundry room was easy to find and use.

An official hotel of Tokyo Disney Resort, Sheraton Tokyo Bay offers indoor and outdoor pools, specialty Disney shops, a kids’ play area and 4 dining options. Location is nearby disney attractions, the staff was amazing and the room was perfect. We had an issue with an outside food order and the staff helped us. We greatly appreciate it.

Our stay with our kids has been exceptional, everyone in the hotel are helpful and provides good service. We are also able to forward our luggages to Tokyo via the hotel, they have been very helpful. Breakfast options are excellent, we love it. Free flowing drinks is the highlight for my kids who loves to get their hot or iced cocoa when they can. The public bath is very clean. I especially love spending time in the steam sauna while waiting for our laundry. Lastly, location is just good. Train station is nearby and a lot of nearby places to dine and shop.

Located within a 5-minute walking distance from JR Kaihinmakuhari Train Station, Hotel New Otani Makuhari offers guests the luxury of choosing from 10 restaurants to dine at and a variety of outdoor... The hotel was in a really beautiful part of Chiba Prefecture, only a 30 minute train journey from Tokyo Station and about an hour from both Shibuya and Ikebukuro. The rooms were small but comfortable, and the staff were some of the kindest I ever met!
