Very friendly staff. Every wish is read from the eyes of the guests. The rooms are relatively large and spacious. The fitness centre is very well equipped. The roof terrace with pool is excellent. Due to the location, a visit to Petra is easy, as the Visitor Centre is just opposite. We will definitely come back.

Right from the beginning we were surprised by the warm welcome with Tea and sweets. In the room they sent us a plate with seasonal fruits. The room was spacious, very Clean and nice decorated. We ate there 3 times and meals were fresh and delicious. We had dinner at the roof top terrace with an amazing view. The staff was very kind and helpfull. The wi-fi was very good. Roomservice was helpful and the cleaning was on point. I highly and warmly recommend this hotel! Congratulations to the staff for making us feel very welcome and our stay be delightful. There is a good and clean hotel located in the center of the city. The apartment is located near many restaurants and has a balcony. The staff was excellent, and they made us sandwiches before we traveled to Wadi Ram. Many thanks
