A one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, 1.5 bath, and a huge TV in the living room. The room was clean and had good AC and a huge en suite bathroom. The breakfast was buffet style, however, the quality of the food was good. They provided good espresso machine coffee to the table even though they also had the instant espresso machine.

One highlight was the delicious cappuccino served at breakfast—truly a morning treat! What stood out most, however, was the exceptional service and genuine warmth of the staff. From the moment we arrived, the team greeted us with smiles and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Stefan was incredibly helpful, checking webcams each morning to recommend the best places to explore. Veronica and Alessandro also provided valuable tips that made our trip even more memorable. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of Stefan, Veronica, Elisa, Alessandro, and the entire team. Villa Romantica Wellness & SPA is located in an Art Nouveau building near the ancient walls in Lucca. All rooms have free Wi-Fi access, an LCD TV, and DVD player.

The medieval centre is a 5-minute walk away from Villa Romantica Wellness & SPA. what a lovely place! the staff was incredible. they gave us cookies and drinks upon our arrival. beds were made. sofa bed was out. heater worked. great bathroom. walking distance from historic town of lucca.

The wellness centre is provided a complete experience with ergonomic thermal tubs, temperate saline pool, Kneipp vascular path, external panoramic sauna, cold reaction pool, chromotherapy sauna, infrared sessions, thermal steam grotto and fountain ice (indoor/outdoor thermal pool closed on Thursday and in June ). Our Spa offers different kind of massages and relaxing or beauty treatments, as well as natural mud baths. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff very friendly. Had a massage it was amazing.

Guests can relax in the small wellness area which includes a Turkish bath and a hot tub. The staff at the hotel were absoutely lovely, so welcoming, helpful and friendly to me. I was even offered a glass of wine when I got back from a long day of meetings. Despite the dated decor, the hotel was spotlessly clean, quiet and had everything I needed. Most impressive was the wonderful service. Thank you!
