I was kindly upgraded to a junior suite which was a pleasant surprise! The room was beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered, offering amenities I haven’t encountered even in other five-star establishments. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The staff, both at the reception and the bar, were incredibly kind and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Grazie Matteo and the whole team! The hotel’s ambiance is enriched by authentic historical paintings and statues, creating a unique atmosphere. Its location by the river offers a great view and is conveniently situated right in front of the Arsenale vaporetto stop. It’s also very close to the Doge’s Palace, though perhaps a bit farther from the city center. During my January stay, I noticed that after 9 PM, the streets in the immediate neighborhood were quite empty, and it was challenging to find open places to dine or have drinks. This might not be the case during the summer months. I had hoped to visit the spa but couldn’t find the time. I would love to return and experience more of what this exceptional hotel has to offer.

Spa facilities include a Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, sensory showers and a relaxation area. The lounge area includes an internet point, TV and a bar. This is our favourite place during summer! We have been coming here with our little boy and everything is perfect. The food at the restaurant is amazing!

Featuring a garden with children’s playground, Camping Venezia Village offers bungalows in Mestre, a 10-minute bus ride from Venice. The property features an indoor pool with hydromassage functions and a small wellness centre. It was a nice little bungalow, exactly as described. comfortable, a/c worked great, nice little covered deck, Pool was nice (2,50 euros). didn’t use the laundry but we looked at it, and it was a reasonable price and clean. I was initially hesitant to book this place, but I’m very happy we did. it was convenient via bus to Venice, comfortable and economical. They also helped me get a taxi when they were all booked up on a bus strike day. We also arrived late and they facilitated an easy after hours check in, which we were grateful for.
