Nice welcome drink when we arrived, guidance and reservations on demand from the concierge. Breakfast was marvelous. The hotel is in a small street right next to all the top attractions.

Everything was perfect. the room was clean, all the utensils, cookware all in the kitchen looks new. they gave me a welcome wine bottle. bathroom is spacious. there were washing machine and dryer at the basement , u have to download the app to pay when usiing them. the staff were very friendly too. i would definitely stay here again when i visit florence again. superb!!

Is just remote enough to have your peace, be in a quiet place and enjoy nature around you. Yet is close enough to many of the major attractions. Keep in mind that we were driving to the location. Furthermore, the staff is excellent. Everyone is welcoming and there to make the experience pleasant. The cherry on top is the food. Simply wonderful. Plenty to choose for breakfast. The dinner is perfect. I wish we stayed longer to have time to try it all.

The medieval centre is a 5-minute walk away from Villa Romantica Wellness & SPA. A very charming villa, we received a spacious room, with a lovely bathroom there's a beautiful small breakfast room with good breakfast and a very good coffee. A walking distance from the heart of Lucca. Great experience.

The room is good and the location very close to historic city , you can go by walking and the direction is eazy just straight forward , the hotel was very clean , even the room they care about all the details , they give us a local biscuit as a gift.
