The guest house has a seasonal outdoor pool and a hot tub. Super comfortable room and modern facilities . Perfect garden and pool - Guiseppe, the host, really make you feel home. This was just perfect all the way through.

Ideally located in the center of the town's main street, close to restaurants, the manager was extremely friendly. The bedroom, bathroom, and breakfast room were immaculate. Breakfast was one of the best during our stay in Sardinia, with lots of variety on the menu. The electronic room key system and hotel security system worked well.

Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with a sauna, hot tub, and wellness packages, as well as pool with a view. We had a very peaceful stay mid August. Especially during the weekdays there was barely anyone around, we could just chill out by the pool alone. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we got free fruit and water a couple of times at the pool. There's a great walk from the hotel to the nearby town of Laconi and other hiking opportunities. We booked literally on the day of our arrival (our original seaside hotel turned out to be a dump, so we cancelled there without ever checking in) and having a rental car was very useful as we could still go to some beaches 1-1,5 hours drive away. You can have high quality dinner most of the time at the hotel for 35eur/person, organized on WhatsApp - or there's a bunch of places in Laconi. We can recommend Su stunnu pizzeria. Breakfast was good at the hotel.

It was like staying in a well-off friends house. Everything was immaculate and perfectly kept. The gardens were beautiful and very well maintained. The house is very quiet and in a good location for nearby sites. Breakfast was good.

The wellness and fitness centre is open to the public, and complete with hot tub, Turkish bath, and a gym with Technogym machineries. There is also a relaxation and massage area, overlooking the garden. The space was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was small but very comfortable and had a desk to work. My spa treatment was absolutely divine. The location is also close to local attractions and beaches.
