I love the family/staff who are there, from gardeners , room attendant, owners, restaurant staff. They were all so kind, helpful and they gave us a lot of tips on how to enjoy Ischia to the max (airport transfers, best pizza on the island, beach, boat island tour, going around, etc, etc). The room was impeccably clean (hubby only stays in immaculately clean rooms) . Thought it was small at first, but actually was very comfortable size-wise and had a super view of the sea and garden from the balcony. The garden was beautiful with its diverse flora , so well kept, it’s a pleasure to savor the beauty of them all. The pools (one normal with jets , 1 thermal) were perfect for 4 couples to swim at the same time, so sizes are ok. Enough umbrellas and lounge chairs for all to enjoy. Breakfast was consistently good, with more than enough selection , can always order egg dishes as well. Our 5-course dinner on Sunday was with cognilio (famous specialty of Ischia) or fish as main dish , served. We opted for the fish though, so we missed the opportunity to taste the island’s best fish. But, we were more than satisfied with the fish too and pleasantly surprised how great each course was, the presentation and taste! Ambience for dinner at the terrace was also quite romantic .

This is an extremely nice place to stay. We were upgraded for free to a big room with a kitchen. The gardens and surroundings are absolutely stunning, and the pools are a huge bonus. It's a little far from the beach (maybe 10-15 minute walk), but you can easily get the bus (which is how we got around and they come every 10/15 minutes) or rent a scooter. The beach is one of the nicest beaches we had been too! The family who runs the hotel are extremely friendly, and the dinners in the hotel are very affordable and delicious. I'm celiac and they made every meal gluten free no problem!

The beachfront location and views from your room and restaurant were excellent. We loved the food and ate their for most meals - breakfast and dinner were good, plus we really enjoyed the 'pub lunch'. We don't speak Italian, so communication wasn't always easy, however we embraced it and got by with the very happy and accommodating staff.

We absolutely loved our 5 day stay here! The staff were so friendly, breakfast was amazing, and the grounds are beautiful! The pools at the hotel are lovely to spend a morning/afternoon in. We also really liked the location (can walk to Poseidon spa and the beach and there are several restaurants nearby), and with the bus stop right outside it was so easy to get anywhere on the island. The staff also helped us arrange our taxi to the port on our last day and we really appreciated all their help throughout our stay!

The owner and staff are very friendly. I loved the free shuttle service they had, it was amazing. They also organised the taxi for us on departure (6.30am)

Breakfast was more like a feast! Dinner was delicious! The staff were more than accomodating. The facilities are beautiful and the manager was delightful (and gave us great tips and a lovely parting gift!) We met some lovely guests and hope to return next time we are in Italy!

Everyone working at the hotel was incredibly friendly and welcoming. You could really feel that they enjoy what they do, and that made us feel so good during our stay. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and a lovely little beach just 3 minutes away on foot. Breakfast was another highlight, enjoying tomatoes grown by Giuseppe and the cappuccinos he served with such joy was a real treat. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone!
