Peaceful is the main word I would use, which is great when you have the crazy, hectic, streets only a few minutes walk away. The staff and service was top notch and the same with the food. The hotel has an extensive menu of home cooked Indian food and more. They also helped me with various extras like currency exchange. In general, a very comfortable stay in tranquil surrounding with comfy bed, spacey room size, and nice balcony.

The hotel private evening aarti ceremony was an introduction to what to expect from the Har Ki Pauri evening aarti. Day trips with local guides from 'The Adventure Team' to the holy temples were offered by the hotel. We also did the morning Ganga walk with the guide. There are a few restaurants at the property and staff were very helpful with suggesting local food. Highly recommend this hotel.

They did everything to make our stay wonderful. Everything is extremely clean, 2 ladies were ongoing taking care of that. From 8am till late evening you can order meals, they are freshly coocked and delicious. Filtered water is available. Airport shuttle and laundry service are available. There was always somebody at the reception helping when we needed something or for questions and advice. We loved everything. We definitely want to come back. Sattva and Sjoerie

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options can also be requested. This was my favorite hotel stay in India. It was affordable, clean, comfortable and provided all the amenities. The room was as soundproof as you can get- which matters when you aren’t used to the traffic noise. The restaurant offered delicious food at affordable prices, I was able to have my laundry done and enjoyed a massage at the spa(Laxmi did a great job). Every staff member was warm and accommodating and seemed to genuinely care that I enjoyed my time there. The bed was by far the most comfortable of the many places I stayed. The hotel is close to the action but set just off a main road making it more pleasant to leave the hotel on foot than being right on the busy road. When I come back to Rishikesh this is where I’m staying. Highly recommend ❤️
