What impressed me the most was the exceptional service from the staff—warm, attentive, and always ready to cater to every need with genuine care. A special highlight of my stay was the complimentary upgrade I received, which made the experience even more exclusive and unforgettable. After checking out, I needed a power adapter for my phone. After a brief hunt, one was produced. It turned out that it belonged to the hotel manager. I chatted with her briefly and was highly impressed with her enthusiasm and determination to run the best hotel possible.
