Absolutely beautiful hotel with amazing views of Munnar hill country. Rooms were spacious with private balcony. Nice to enjoy a more ‘western style’ bathroom after the wet rooms style of our India travels. Air conditioning good and quiet. Requests such as ice or ironing board super promptly to room. They also managed to accommodate my request for adjacent rooms. Adults infinity pool was closed for renovation but family pool was still lovely.

The apartment is spacious enough to accomodate 4 people and more than that. There is a spacious living room, 2 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen and 2 bathroom. The owners were so friendly and waited for us until late night to hand us over the key (since there is no reception). The kitchen is equipped with useful utensils and kitchen appliances. Overall our rating is 100/100.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and recommended a bunch of places to see around here. The hotel has all the facilities one could wish for in a relaxed stay. The spa was wonderful too.

Amazing property, right in the middle of the forest. We could observe giant squirrels and monkeys from our balcony everyday!! Well maintained and clean rooms and facilities. Good food (we had a la carte) and great staff at reception and restaurants. Especially Sayand was very friendly! We also really enjoyed the complimentary nature walk and the different activities (table tennis, board games, etc.). They also helped us organise transport and other activities around the area.
