I booked the Taj Club room Sea view which allowed me to have access to the Taj Club lounge too for tea and coffee. The interior of the room was cozy and spacious. I loved how they incorporated smart technology. I loved the ambience of the place, the view and how calm it was. It was a perfect place to relax and unwind. I loved the service too. From the entrance of the hotel, to the receptionists, the concierge, the restaurant staff all were very kind and welcoming. All ready to serve you with a wide smile. The swimming pools both had spectacular views. They also had nice outdoor seating areas and really nice changing rooms with a steam and sauna. I would definitely visit them again.

At Gateway Goa, Palolem guests are welcome to take advantage of a spa centre. The property is extremely clean. The location is brilliant. Rooms are amazing, spacious and very clean. The hospitality is mind blowing. Seriously this is my best stay for the past many years. The behaviour of the staff is amazing.

The restaurant is right on the beach with amazing breakfasts, good coffee and great food throughout the day (fresh fish and sea food, Indian, western - all yummy). Arti and her staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We truly had the most amazing time and would definitely recommend and come back to Palma beach resort!!
