She made us feel completely at home and shared wonderful stories about the history of the hotel, as well as many interesting insights about India. Her warmth and hospitality made a lasting impression on us. The overall hospitality throughout the hotel was fantastic. We were especially grateful for the assistance we received when our flight was cancelled. The support and follow-up we got from the hotel—right up until we were safely back in Belgium—were unbelievable. This level of care is something we will never forget. Because of all the help, kindness, and professionalism shown by every member of the staff, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.
