The rooms were massive and clean and had everything you could need. We spent 2 days for my partners birthday and they set up the room beautifully with decorations on the bed and wishes for him. The staff are beyond accommodating and always smiling. We loved everything about our stay there and really wish we could have extended it. Highly recommend if you're looking for a true treat for the senses.

We stayed in this hotel following the good experience my wifa had in their hotel at Uluwatu. However our stay here at Gili Air exceeded our expectations. The location is grat, with a very nice pool facing the sea. Facilities are very nice and the best thing were their staff. Very friendly, attentive and always taking care of you. The vibe there is cool and chill , making you feel very relaxed. Every day there are promos for lunch or dinner so invites you to stay at the hotel. They are also arranging any excursion/activity you would like to do. We definitely be back if we visit Gili air and will try other hotels from the group. . Loolking around the island, I could say that this is the best hotel. Special mention to Rosie and Jan, always taking care of us.

The on-site restaurants serve International cuisines and guests can enjoy a drink over sunset at the bar. The beachfront resort offers free WiFi access and free parking. A truly exceptional place. The staff was taking care of us, and every wish was fulfilled. They actually had a good gym, which surprised me because it was not in the hotel description. This should be mentioned because for many people it's an important factor when choosing a property. The only thing I have to criticize is the missing vegan options at the breakfast menu. At the restaurants, they do have a vegetarian menu. But you need to ask for it.

Cooled by a fan and air conditioning, the rooms are fitted with a flat-screen satellite TV and a safety deposit box. Some units include a seating area to relax in after a busy day. The private bathroom comes with a shower and free toiletries. Everything! The rooms, the pool, the staff, the location, all was great. The staff is very caring and give you free snacks and drinks throughout the day. The location is a bit outside of the main street but you can rent bikes so its perfect. They have nice sunset parties everyday with fire shows. We only booked 2 nights initally and ended up staying 7! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable.
