The accommodation was spotless and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. The highlight of our stay was the Ijen volcano tour, which was organized perfectly by our host. Everything was planned down to the smallest detail, and we had the most professional guide who ensured we had an amazing experience. It was clear that our group received the best care and attention, making the adventure even more special. Loved many aspects of my stay - beautiful interior decor, clean & spacious rooms, proximity to the shops & the fabulous staff! 😊 The hotel staff are attentive to detail & will go the extra mile, which is especially important since I had an elderly parent on a wheelchair in my travel group. Truly appreciate the efficient transport arrangement by the concierge, the signature welcome at reception, the cute elephant towels by housekeeping and the accommodating staff at Magnolia & Club Floor! I would definitely choose to stay at the Westin again when in Surabaya!

I had a fantastic stay at Dialoog Hotel! The service was exceptional, and I truly appreciated Miko, the Front Office Manager, for his outstanding assistance. He went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. The rest of the staff were equally welcoming and professional. I would definitely stay here again!

Charming set of small houses with a nice courtyard in the middle for meeting people. It was also possible make your own coffee, etc. It also had a nice pool in the sun which I enjoyed using (but wasn't much used by other guests). Everything in the house worked well, from the air-conditioning to the open shower. Breakfast (available for 35K) was quite nice. Staff arranged to have us taken to the train station, 700 meters away, by car for free, which we appreciated given our suitcases.

Inspired by the styles of the colonial era, Hotel Tugu Malang is located in East Java. We had a wonderful stay at Tugu Malang. Room was clean and comfy, the restaurant was consistently excellent across breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the staff were unfailingly helpful. On top of that the hotel is one of the most amazing places I've ever stayed. A real treasure trove of a place, better than most museums, and this only added to the comfort and enjoyment of our stay. A hotel so good it would be worth going back to Malang just to stay there again.

Our suite was beautifully appointed and the staff throughout the hotel were attentive and professional. And you have to have an Oranje Sling! Fabulous.
