Accommodation is great value. Property, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen were super clean. Bed and AC were comfortable. We booked the Ijen tour with the host Johan and had a great experience. Price seemed fair. We got helpful recommendations from Johan's nephew for local spots. Johan offers other tours we wished we could have taken advantage of (but we had to move on to our next destination). We'd stay here again!

Loved many aspects of my stay - beautiful interior decor, clean & spacious rooms, proximity to the shops & the fabulous staff! 😊 The hotel staff are attentive to detail & will go the extra mile, which is especially important since I had an elderly parent on a wheelchair in my travel group. Truly appreciate the efficient transport arrangement by the concierge, the signature welcome at reception, the cute elephant towels by housekeeping and the accommodating staff at Magnolia & Club Floor! I would definitely choose to stay at the Westin again when in Surabaya!

Inspired by the styles of the colonial era, Hotel Tugu Malang is located in East Java. Amazing staff. Gorgeous welcome tea & snacks. One of the most outstanding breakfasts I've ever had in a hotel. Oh, and the rooms and grounds are gorgeous.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made me feel welcome. The food was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-kept. A special mention to the massage therapist—she was amazing and had very strong hands. I felt completely relaxed afterwards. I would definitely come back!
