It was my friend’s birthday during our stay, and they surprised her with the sweetest little celebration. Those small daily surprises and gestures made the whole experience feel extra special. The massage at the spa was excellent, and the overall peace and quiet were exactly what we needed. Would definitely come back for the good energy and kind people.

Gili Trawangan Harbour is 800 metres from the property. Free WiFi is featured . Location was good and with direct access to the main street where the most restaurants and bars are. The hotel is clean and rooms comfortable enough despite not being too big. The pool is simply great and close to every room of this hotel, which is fantastic. It feels like your own private pool as you have about 3 meters between the entrance of every room and the pool. Special mention to Marcel, which is the operations manager of the hotel and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Definitely the best staff we encountered in all of our stays in different hotels in Bali. Facilites are great, but hospitality business and great service is made by the people.. congratulations for the owner and hotel that has such a genuine and great person taking care of his guests!

Cooled by a fan and air conditioning, the rooms are fitted with a flat-screen satellite TV and a safety deposit box. Some units include a seating area to relax in after a busy day. The private bathroom comes with a shower and free toiletries. Everything was amazing! Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, they had free ice cream every time, the massages and food are awesome! They have many options to breakfast and the best is the sunset point view and their night show!

The hotel location is amazing, 5 minute walk to the port and has lots of bars and restaurants close by. But the hotel has a beautiful restaurant with a bbq every night too, and we loved the pool bar out the front to enjoy some cocktails. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and even organised our snorkelling trip. Our bedroom was perfect for our stay there, with a lovely outdoor shower and access to the quieter pool. I would highly recommend staying here, we just loved it!

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. Truly a remarkable place and the best stay we’ve had on this trip through Bali and this little bit of Lombok. The facilities were lovely but not overly fussy. The staff were friendly and attentive with being intrusive. The room had lots of natural light and good translucent curtains that allowed in the sunshine without putting us on display. The location was an about 50 meters from the main road with stores and restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the harbor where we arrived and also booked our snorkeling trip. From there it was a 5 to 10 minutes clockwise around the island for the best sunset beachfront drinks and dining or 5 to 10 minutes counter clockwise for yoga, more restaurants overlooking Lombok (I assume you might also see a sunrise there you were a sunrise kind of person) and some great snorkeling from the beach. We spent a week there on our month-long vacation and, while that’s longer than you need to see Gili Air, I don’t regret a day.

The hosts are really friendly and always there if you need anything. They also provide free bikes for all guests which is great to explore the island. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but ended up staying 6 and wanted to stay even more! Hope we can re-visit soon and stay there again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay! The room was clean and we spent a lot of time in our private pool. The breakfast was really yummy! Everything was just perfect!!!
