Best of all we got upgraded to a new large family room during our stay for a week !!! In between they are very good at communication, they set up a whatsapp group at the beginning of your stay and make you feel like you are VIP. Overall recommended stay

We were not sure what to expect given the remote location but the hotel turned out to be fantastic! Breakfast was outstanding. Perfect spot to start your orangutan boat tours. It’s a 15 minute drive to the water and the airport. Spa was also superb!

Breakfast was designed to serve people from many locations and interests. Staff exceptional in service. I was surprised that the hotel took such care to protect the environment. People could enjoy the sounds, smells of the forest. And it didn’t feel like we interfered too much on the life of the communities.

Brunei Darussalam is located on the north coast of Borneo and is a unique kingdom rich in Malay culture, peace, and tranquility. All the reception desk staff and concierge are very helpful and friendly. The food is excellent. The whole facilities of this hotel and Its services are more than excellent. This is a very luxurious hotel. The 24 hour bakery is perfect. Their Cinnabons are the most delicious I ever tasted. The merchandise in the shops are very diverse and affordable. The rooms are very spacious, cleaned twice and the mini-fridge beverages are free and includes biscuits.

Didnt take the breakfast in my package. The location is very good as it above Imago. Easy accessible to Grab too. The room is new and clean. the facilities provided are all excellent, A-class facilities like the new kettle as well as the dyson hairdryer. Water was given everyday as well as the pantry refill.

Mercure Berau se 4 hvězdičkami se nachází v destinaci Tanjungredep. Hosté mají k dispozici restauraci, kola zdarma, krytý bazén a fitness centrum. Wonderful service, so clean, beautiful hotel. We will be back!

Shalom Suites se nachází v destinaci Kota Kinabalu a poskytuje zahradu, bezplatné Wi-Fi a neplacené soukromé parkoviště pro hosty, kteří přijedou autem. I have been travelling for 3 years and this place was exceptional and probably the nicest place I’ve stayed. The rooms and whole place is beautifully decorated and the hotel sits amongst a spa. They also have a restaurant attached. The place is family run and you could really tell how much thought and effort everyone put into making the place what it is! Everything is perfect. Although it is located a bit further out the city don’t let it put you off because you feel like you are in paradise inside. I got a massage done, which included a sit down with the doctor to tailor the massage to my health and wellbeing :) Staff are amazing and really kind too. A big thank you to all the staff for making it an amazing stay and especially to Fara for all your help :)

Blue Sky Hotel Balikpapan se nachází v západní části Balikpapanu, 2 minuty jízdy od nákupního centra Kebun Sayur Plaza, a nabízí wellness, fitness centrum a venkovní bazén. Old hotel, but very spacious and clean room. Huge selection at the breakfast buffet! My favourite was of this stay was complimentary access to sauna, hot tub and cold plunge. Made my stay!
