Nothing but genuine smiles all the way, and they were super helpful. The food was oustanding! The breakfast had a nice variety of freshly made foods, and the restaurants offered great dishes where even the most «simple» once were super tasty.

テルクバカウにあるSadi Beach Houseは、屋外プール、庭、テラス、レストランを提供しています。ファミリールームと子供の遊び場も提供しています。キッズクラブ、コンシェルジュサービス、荷物預かりサービスを提供しています。 Sadi Beach... スタッフはみな優しく、お部屋も海の真ん前でとても綺麗でした。朝日も見れて最高！ お風呂が屋根がない部分にあります。半外です。写真ではそれがあまりわからなかったので、お部屋を見てみてビックリ。蚊がいるので、ゆっくりお外でお風呂とはなかなかいきませんでしたが、蚊がいなければもっとくつろげたなぁと思います。

Staff, facilities and room was amazing. Staffs were friendly and very fluent in English. Facilities is mostly children friendly and we got a free room upgrade. It was huge and very comfortable. Hope to visit again the children play area when my child is older.

Facing the beachfront, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay offers 4-star accommodation in Lagoi and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. I am honestly speechless about this trip! The hotel is gigantic, really modern and recent and absolutely stunning! The staff were the best, made every request come true, and were the most friendly staff possible. The view is breath taking, the beach is amazing with perfect sand and a warm ocean. The pool is really good, really big and with a good view of the ocean. The room was amazing (I stayed at the King bed Ocean view) with a big terrace as well. I honestly recommend this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay, the mangrove sea view rooms are really spacious and well put, very comfortable beds and all you need for your stay. The atmosphere is warm and cozy and the hotel provides all the necessary facilities.
