Staff were all very friendly, and we received quick service. Spacious facilities, I enjoyed that there were two pools and a lot of seating areas.The beach in front of the hotel was kept very clean. We had half board, which included a buffet breakfast and three course dinner. The food had good flavour and we really enjoyed several dishes. However, the quality was inconsistent — the fish was dry, and the same meal ordered on different days was noticeably different in taste and presentation, with that said we stayed for 4 nights and definitely had more excellent meals. I would recommend this hotel and would return myself.

Very beautiful place with a pool overlooking the beach. There's another review on here that complains about a man singing a song at odd hours of the day, like 5 am. We heard this "singing man" too, it's the call to prayer from the local mosque and nothing to worry about. We did not find it a nuisance, we were already awake because of our baby.

It was, without exaggeration, the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. Deeply relaxing and professionally done — a must-try if you’re staying here. The food was excellent. Meals are not buffet-style; instead, your chosen main dishes are served with complimentary and generous side dishes. Overall, Sadi Beach House felt less like a resort and more like a second home. The peaceful environment, thoughtful service, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for those seeking a slow, restful, and heartfelt getaway.

It is more a family hotel; most of the guests came with their kids. Food was good, particularly the buffet option. Their staff was very kind and helpful. The massage facility was excellent.

One of A Kind Resort @Trikora Beach - Bintan se nachází v destinaci Telukdalam a má venkovní bazén, fitness centrum, zahradu a soukromou pláž. Hosté mají k dispozici restauraci a bar. The receptionist named Intan was the most lovely person. She was so helpful and was great to have her greet me. The area where the villa is located is far from the port however it is peaceful and quiet. It was a really good place to relax. I also loved the 3 cats who live on the property. Loved greeting them at the door each morning 🥹
