Our booking included a turndown which I very much appreciated and the cleaning was always very well done. Breakfast was great as well. The shuttle to ubud centre is certainly needed since the location is not in close proximity to any shops or restaurants etc but that also comes with a more quiet location. Overall: Loved it! Would book again :)

The staff were incredible, so friendly and always happy to help, they definitely went above and beyond. The room and facility were simply beautiful. Would definitely stay again. A big shout out to Dy, Yuni, and Cintya for taking care of us during our stay❣️ - The food is to die for! The food is reasonably priced given the fact that it's in a hotel. They offer a wide range of food that suits people from different countries. You can find bites and drinks at the beach too. They have the best hotel chef - Artawa at the backstage. They showed high standards in food safety and food quality, which made me feel very safe eating there. The servers were great and attentive, thanks to Intan! - the hotel is relatively new, it was opened in 2021 and the facilities are well maintained. The pool isn't big, but it can get crowded in the afternoon. However, it closes at 9 pm, which gave us enough time to swim and relax. - Kids club, is the best! They open 8am-8pm and provide a good amount of activities everyday to keep the children busy. I felt safe leaving my child at the kids club with the staff members. - flexible check in and check out time.
