I’ve been to Ubud many times, but this time I chose to stay here after a long trip around the island and just before flying back home — and it was the perfect ending to my journey. When I first arrived, I was a little disappointed — the property seemed small, and I worried there wouldn't be space to walk or that it might be noisy. But the manager, Rai, was incredibly kind and sensitive. Seeing that I was a bit upset, he immediately offered me the best possible room — peaceful, with a beautiful view and space for yoga and meditation. The room was absolutely lovely and of a higher category than I expected. The young team was attentive and always fulfilled my requests with care and a smile. I needed to speak with a Balinese doctor who only spoke Indonesian, and the reception staff helped me with that without hesitation. When my friends came to visit, they were even treated to complimentary tea — such a warm gesture. I felt truly at home. As always, Bali is like my second home, and Ubud is especially close to my heart. I’m so grateful to everyone at Hava Hotel. I highly recommend this place — the atmosphere, the energy, and the food are all wonderful. And as for the room service and cleanliness — absolutely perfect. Thank you for making my last days in Bali so special.

Shoutout Suzanne and the rest of the staff for taking extra care with my boyfriend’s nut allergy and making us feel very comfortable. Vegetarian and vegan options can also be requested. The hotel is brand new. We really like the design and it has super nice garden surrounded with a forest. Breakfast and restaurants were good and the friendly staff would welcome you everywhere. Also the place has a lot of sport activities including yoga classes every day. Thank you for that
