The service is fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I felt like a VIP guest from the first minute of my stay. There's a restaurant on site, where you can buy lunches and dinners from the menu. The prices are higher than usual on Bali, but it wasn't that critical. They also serve part of the menu to your room, as well as to any of swimming pools. That was a great option as I would usually have lunch on my sun bed. The swimming pools are great. They have a few, and they are never overcrowded. I especially enjoyed the one that is really deep. I used their spa for the pregnancy massage and enjoyed it as well. I also was working online during my stay at this hotel. The internet was great for video calls, I never had any issues.

Neano Escape has a wellness area which includes a hot tub. The area is popular for fishing and cycling, in addition, bike hire and car hire are available at this hotel. The place literally lives up to it's name. It really is an escape. It is placed in a rural area, far away form traffic, noise and crowds. We had a King Deluxe Suite and it lived to our expectations. Amazing view of the pool and ocean. I recommend getting this instead of the standard rooms if you want more privacy because those are at pool level. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Room service was fast and perfect. Totally recommend if you want to spend a few days away from crowds.

The facilities, location, and staff are amazing. The infinity pool is large enough, with a view over the valley forest. Safina made us the best crepe, and FDM Armoni lives up to her name. Live music during dinner was enjoyable, as well as Balinese dance. The surrounding Campuhan/village area is excellent. You will find many warungs, cafés, and some rice fields.
