Besides the amazing facilities, comfortable bed in which I slept like a baby, it is the kindness and hospitality of the staff which makes this hotel so special. We spent our honeymoon in Bali and we didn’t expect such an incredible welcome after a very long trip. All together we spent 8 nights here. The food was incredible and we took the Cooking class (do not miss it!!!) which was such a delight by the pool!! We cooked 3 local dishes with Chef Bentar who is behind all the incredible food of their restaurant, Peggy, Surtika and Wayan were super kind taking photos from us, and explaining more about Balinese culture. The reception is exceptionally kind as well but all their staff including the room service. The location was excellent for us as we love to do yoga and there is an incredible yoga centre a minute away called Alchemy. We are very grateful and we will be back!! Om swastiastu and the smiling staff whenever we arrived back to the hotel will forever be imprinted in my heart.

We even started our 2 AM hike to Mount Batur from here, and coming back to the stillness of the resort and the smiles of the staff was just what we needed. Vegetarian, dairy-free and halal options can also be requested. On our Bali trip, we stayed at 3 4-star resorts, and Swan Paradise was definitely the best of them. And it was only the second most expensive one. Staff is really great and kind. They daily change everything in the room. Breakfast is buffet style and has a lot of varieties. Internet was great (80-100Mbps download, upload was even higher). All of the pools are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Can be used all day. It is more beautiful in person than it is on the pictures. All in all, one of the best stays in our lives. Highly recommended.

Neano Escape has a wellness area which includes a hot tub. The area is popular for fishing and cycling, in addition, bike hire and car hire are available at this hotel. The staff was excelent-smiling, atentive, positive attidue.The food was amazing, the facility was spacious, well decorated, everything you need you have. The gym was something i liked the most. The hospitality by every staff member was overwhelming. Our room was great, would’ve needed a few touch ups here and there though. But it didn’t bother us at all! Breakfast options were amazing, if you can pass on cheese or ham. You’ll have great options from the menu as well as a nice little buffet, fresh fruit and an egg station to get every egg dish you can imagine. Also the dining options aren’t overpriced. Short walk to the beach and Seminyak Square. No party people. It was really quiet.
