The hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing, with beautifully maintained facilities. My room was spacious, immaculate, and well-organized. The staff members were exceptionally courteous and always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. My overall experience was positive, thanks to the comfort of the accommodations and the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff.

The many stunning statues across the hotel grounds heightened the beauty even more! More importantly, the staff was very accommodating and kind. I liked being able to contact the front desk through whatsapp any time of day.

Neano Escape has a wellness area which includes a hot tub. The area is popular for fishing and cycling, in addition, bike hire and car hire are available at this hotel. The staff was excelent-smiling, atentive, positive attidue.The food was amazing, the facility was spacious, well decorated, everything you need you have. The gym was something i liked the most. Everything was amazing

The food served at the restaurant was amazing—was super happy with all the food I ordered during my stay. And plus points for the room service as well. There’s an amazing yoga deck on the top floor which was my favorite spot, overlooking all the trees and greenery and there were so many birds chirping away in the morning. There’s also a spa onsite which was great! And staff were also super friendly and helpful. Room was always super clean and did not find any bugs at all during my stay there. The property is also a bit further from Ubud City Center (but not too far) so it was less hectic walking around nearby places. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, Pilates reformer studio (Movement Matters; 5mins walk away), and nearby yoga studios.
