Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City features free WiFi throughout the property. Customer service was exceptional. The food was AMAZING! The spa treatment and facilities divine. It was so good I slept during my treatment and I was left to sleep in for a bit. I booked this hotel as a treat to myself for my birthday and I just put a message letting them know I would be spending the time by myself and it would be nice if I am made to feel special and they did not DISAPPOINT! I had a very warm welcome by the staff with a welcome drink and in my room I was surprised with cake, fruit basket, champagne, my room decorated etc and on my birthday the had the staff sing to me with cake presented during breakfast. I honestly cried really exceeded my expectations. They really do know how to look after their customers, all the staff members were welcoming and knew me by name. I was called the birthday girl throughout my stay. Thank you so so much. I would definitely come back again!
