I booked it for a present for my parents and the hotel staff really went out of their way to make it very special. They left chocolates in the room and made them feel very welcome . The accommodation offers an à la carte or continental breakfast. Such a special place, located on a scenic small harbor right under a medieval castle. The charming owners could not be more warm and welcoming, and the staff all seem to make an extra effort to give personal attention to guests’ needs. (Thank you Nina for ensuring we had a great visit!) The room is tastefully appointed, bedding is very comfortable and robes are provided. The included breakfast is incredible and we enjoyed the restaurant for dinner. Savoring a drink in the sun on the patio at the end of a day of sightseeing is a great way to relax. We hope to return.

The Royal Jersey Golf Club is just 2 miles away. Free parking is available, and St Helier's city centre with marina, shopping, bars and restaurants is within a 5 minute drive. The hotel stands in its own grounds and has a good size pool and area for lounging on a warm sunny day. The room was spacious, well appointed, quiet and very comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, with nothing too much trouble, they project a happy, efficient team whilst retaining a high degree of professionalism.

A fitness centre is also available on-site. Excellent location on a beautiful beach - very quiet. The breakfast, included with our room, was amazing with beautiful choices of fresh fruit, meats and cheeses. - and of course the "English Breakfast" options.

The adult-only Spa Sirene provides therapies and treatments using Phytomer products. With a relaxing sauna, aromatherapy room and spa bath, there is also a state-of-the-art gym. For children, the hotel offers passes to Aquasplash, a pool and water slide centre that is 5 minutes' walk away. Superb Gold Double Room, massive bed, plenty of pillows and spare blankets if needed. The housekeeping staff are courteous, friendly and do an immaculate job. There was plenty of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, sugar and water in the room, which were replenished daily. A good supply of toiletries and towels, bath robes and slippers also provided. The Christmas Day dinner was excellent - an amazing choice of courses all beautifully presented. Charming and attentive waiting staff.

Fantastic facilities at Fabriah Hair & Beauty Salon include a sauna, steam room and fully equipped gym. At the beauty salon, guests can indulge in massages, body therapies and facials and hair treatments. Large modern hotel with excellent facilities in a great location for seeing all the sights and taking the bus. The bus stop is located a short walk - about 2 blocks from the hotel. The boat to St Elizabeth castle is located near the bus stop. The hotel room was large, comfy bed, and our room had a great view over the harbor and St Elizabeth castle. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed talking to the waitresses in the hotel bar.

Nice location, all the staff is very sweet, the room is big enough and comfortable bed. The welcoming milled wine was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay
